Taking place between 12th and 16th October, Birmingham Tech Week is a celebration of digital, technology, and innovation across the West Midlands.

We’re delighted to have been invited to join the West Midlands Digital Skills Partnership for their Birmingham Tech Week panel discussion on changing the face of digital skills delivery.

Our Director of Women in Cyber Academy, Jane Frankland, and Clare Boden-Hatton, Head of Skills Delivery at the WMCA, will chair the virtual panel and hear some inspiring stories from individuals who have secured employment following their training.

Our Women in Software Academy graduate, Rufaro, will be sharing her story on how her training from TechTalent Academy helped her secure full-time employment in the tech sector.

Jane Frankland will also be chairing a panel with businesses including Microsoft, Parent Pay and Lloyds Bank, to explore what organisations are doing to support individuals and how they are preparing people for the digital skills needed for today and tomorrow.

The Birmingham Tech Week panel will be held at 12:45 on Friday 16th October. To attend the virtual event, register for a free ticket here – https://2020.birminghamtechweek.com/talks/wm-digital-skills-partnership-present-changing-the-face-of-digital-skills-delivery/
